We have just changed an important part of the Inner Circle program.  Now, you will find a form on the history page that will allow you to opt in to our emails in the event you didn't when you subscribed, or if you inadvertently removed yourself from our list.  Simply go to your membership History page and you will find an opt-in form at the very top.

 Remember, it is important that you be on the correct mailing list.  Otherwise you will not be getting the latest foreclosure related news!

 

I just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Baltimore REIA for making my speaking engagement there such an incredible experience for me.  There is so much more that I wanted to cover, but there is only just so much information one can squeeze in in two hours.  Whenever I speak I always come with more information than time to deliver it.  For those of you who are actively working foreclosures or want to actively work foreclosures, please remember you need an attorney on your team to help you and that we only scratched the surface of the law.  The same for those of you doing forbearance agreements and loan modifications.  I hope the introduction I gave you was helpful and informative.  If you want more depth please join the Inner Circle.  The information is constantly changing and that is where I am able to really do the teaching you need me to do.

In early October, 2009 Sergio Natera and Anna McElaney were indicted by a Grand Jury on three counts:  Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud, Bank Fraud, and Aiding and Abetting.  What was their crime?  They were flipping short sales.  Without going into great detail they were getting a contract from an end buyer at one price, then inserting themselves as principals in the transaction as straw buyers performing a short sale at a lower price then pocketing the difference.  This is not that uncommon among investors.  It is possible you have done this too!  This will be the next topic in the Inner Circle Community Forum.  Download the indictment here then go to the Community Forum to discuss it.
